We don’t store anything to our database. We just provide service for a user to authenticate to their account, connect to Google Sheet and import submitted data with woocommerce. We just store Google Authentication Code, Token and Expiration data to users own website database.

We are using Google API PHP Client Library for authentication, updated with the latest version of Google API v4

Data Retention:

  • We do not store any user data on our servers. The Google Drive sheet data you choose to import is temporarily processed during the import operation and then discarded.
  • After the import process, the data is saved to your WordPress database. We do not retain any personal or Google user data on our side.

Data Deletion:

  • Since we do not store your data on our servers, there is no data to delete from our side.
  • Any data imported during the process remains under your control within your WordPress environment. It is stored only in your WordPress database. You can manage or delete this data as needed from your WordPress admin dashboard.

What Google user data is accessed?

We do not store or process any of your data on our servers. The plugin fetches the data via the API to display it on the plugin’s settings page and store it in your website’s database.

Access Token – It is utilized to interact with Google services on behalf of the user, enabling sharing of content to the Google Sheet.
Sheet Details – While using the scope …/auth/drive.readonly we fetch the SpreadSheet data for further allowing users to import sheet data to woocommerce import.
We assure our users that we strictly adhere to Google’s policies regarding user data protection and privacy. The data accessed by our plugin is used solely to enable the sharing functionalities and is not shared with any third parties.

Users have the option to review and manage the permissions granted to our plugin through their Google account settings at any time.
